Production methods

Multiplast is based in Vannes, in the Golfe du Morbihan. Its 5,300 m2 is divided into four 50x30m air conditioned hangars, with controlled temperature and humidity levels (21°C ±3oC, humidity <65%). Its direct access to the sea allows the transport of large structures by water.

These buildings house a team of eighty people equipped with high performance production tools:

 1- Oven

 2- Lay up

• Automatic tape laying machine (Thin ply technology) for plys of 17 to 300g/m2 in an ISO8 cleanroom.

 3- Tables

• 2 layup tables 12 m x 7 m,
• 4 layup tables 6 m x 1.5 m,
• 1 layup tables 10 m x 1.5 m.

 4- Vacuum tools

5- Spray booth

• 1 spray booth, working length: 22.8m, height: 4.5m, combined with a prep room.
