• The skills of its 100 employees and 9 team leaders many of whom have been contributing to Multiplast's success for more than 15 years
• The transmission of knowledge handed down via the internal training system in order to preserve intellectual property and train new arrivals
• On site operator training centre

Multiplast has seven team leaders and fifty prototyping employees experienced in up to date laminating techniques using vacuum bags (layup, wet-laminating, pre-preg).
